Returns: 

It’s OK if you change your mind. All artwork orders can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% processing fee.

Condition:

The refund will be attributed as long as the artwork is in the same condition as it was received. Using the same packaging is advised.

Courier Fees: 

The return courier will need to be booked and paid by you. We are happy to assist with this process if needed. You can contact us directly.

Immediate Refunds: 

As soon as the artwork is received,  we’ll issue your refund by requesting your banking details for an EFT payment to your account.
